Laura Samberg has devoted her past 20 years on educational and children's health issues. At her family's foundation, she has focused its grantmaking on education and youth development, health, and Jewish issues. Prior, she conducted and managed research and policy work on education and children's health and issues in the corporate and nonprofit sectors, at the Institute of Educational Leadership, R.O.W. Sciences, and the American Council on Education. Laura also serves on the boards of College Summit, Harlem Children's Zone, the Jewish Outreach Institute, and Project HEALTH. She holds a B.A. in History from Cornell University and a M.A. in Education from Stanford University. She serves on BellXcel's Program & Strategy Committee. She lives in Virginia with her husband and two children.
