Michael Bell brings to BellXcel's governing board three decades of business management and operational expertise in leading global services companies. Prior to his role at Thomas H. Lee Partners, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer of inVentiv Health. His focus on operational excellence, strategic innovation, and cultivating talent is well regarded in the industry. Prior to joining inVentiv Health, Michael served as Senior Executive Vice President of John Hancock Financial Services. He also co-founded and helped lead the Monitor Group, where he partnered with companies across the healthcare delivery continuum. Michael earned his bachelor's degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from Harvard Business School. He serves as the Chairman Emeritus of Brigham and Women's Hospital, and previously served as a trustee and Chair of Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital. He also teaches as an Adjunct Lecturer at Babson College.
