BELL wraps up a successful "Take 10" program

BALTIMORE, MD - This year, BELL is partnering with Baltimore City Public Schools on a new initiative to strengthen student achievement.

At the Mergenthaler Vocational-Technical High School and Heritage High School, BELL is serving as the district's lead partner on a special "Take10" initiative that seeks to provide focused math instruction and project-based learning centered on ten core math skills on Saturdays. The initiative seeks to hone scholars' skills in critical areas prior to this spring's Maryland State Assessment, and provide opportunities for scholars to apply those skills in fun STEM, debate, arts, and sports-themed enrichment courses.
