BellXcel Scholar Pledge

The BellXcel Pledge

Each day, young scholars join together and recite this pledge. This daily practice is meant to empower them to believe in themselves, in their ability to evoke change, and to be a force for good in this world.

For more than 25 years, BellXcel has worked for social justice through education. And today, louder than ever before, we add our collective voice in pursuit of justice against the vile, persistent racism in this country. We must acknowledge the pain, fear, and total exhaustion of our African American colleagues, friends, relatives, loved ones, and scholars.

Like our scholars, we stand side-by-side to declare that we will lead and take a stand. We cannot let this moment-in-time go in silence. #blacklivesmatter
