Chris Bulger joins BELL's Board of Directors
BOSTON, MA - August 30, 2013 - BELL welcomed Chris Bulger to its governing Board of Directors. Chris is Managing Partner of Bulger Partners, an international strategy consulting and investment banking firm focused on the the tech sector.
Prior to founding Bulger Partners, Chris was a senior partner and member of the management committee of Robertson Stephens, a global investment bank that was acquired by Bank of America. In addition, he has professional experience as a Management Consultant and Systems engineer in the alternate energy industry. He has been involved in over 150 Public Offerings, M&A, and Private Equity transactions around the globe while acting as advisor to leading knowledge economy companies such as IBM, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Knight Securities, Infosys, and e*Trade. Chris is also an active investor and currently sits on the board s of Capsule Technology and Offerpop Software.
Chris holds a BS in Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from Yale University. He has been involved with BELL for several years, having advised our strategic planning process, supported special events, and served on our development committee.
