Montgomery Community Media: Local Leaders Celebrate the Launch of the BELL Program

Montgomery County officials are celebrating the launch of the Building Educated Leaders for Life (BELL) program this summer. The program will serve one thousand students a year for four years. Councilmember Nancy Navarro said this innovative program approaches the critical issue of the summer slide.
